RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning or is doesn’t match your expectations, you can return it. You will need to return it in the condition that you received and the refund is valid within 90 days of purchasing. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
If you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it for a full refund under the 14 day guarantee.
How to Claim your money back:
- It is necessary to trial your product, but for no more than 14 days.
- If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of your E-chaw’s product, email us at email@example.com or fill this form We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
- Once approved, return our Handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.
- Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
Real postage costs for the sending and return of the product are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
- Once returned, your product purchase price will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment only. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit.
